Morning Prayer

A double sided prayer card that can be used by adults and older students to start the day in a meditative, prayerful way.

The Examen

The Examen can be a really useful tool to aid reflective practice but also to help you shut off from work mode at the end of the day/term. Pray as you go have some excellent prayer resources.

Three minute Retreat

The three minute retreat is really useful if you are looking for a quick prayer routine for during the day.

Dealing with anxiety / panic

If you are finding yourself feeling anxious or stressed, taking five minutes to calm your breathing can really help to earth you.

The rosary

The Rosary is a meditative, repetitive form of prayer that has been used for centuries. If you do not wish to pray the Marian prayer, you can also try the Jesus rosary.

End of term examens

Here you will find prayer exercises to aid reflective practice and also letting go of work to enjoy a restful break.
