Following the successful completion of her curacy with us here in East Cardiff, the Revd Tina Parry is to move onto a new post later this summer in the Diocese of Truro:
The Bishop of St Germans, the Rt Revd Hugh Nelson is pleased to announce that the Revd Tina Parry, at present Assistant Curate in the Diocese of Monmouth in the Church in Wales, is to be Priest in Charge (with Oversight Responsibilities) of the Benefice of Moorland and Egloskerry and Associate Curate (to be known as Associate Priest) of the Benefice of Launceston in the Diocese of Truro. She will be licensed at a place and on a date to be arranged.
All being well, Tina’s final services and events here will include the Music Festival, and especially the Songs of Praise in July.
Tina had this message for our East Cardiff congregations:
It is with enormous gratitude and deep affection that I thank each and every one of you for your gracious, kind, and generous hearts, and for your prayers, which have upheld me through my curacy. As I prepare to end this chapter of my ministry, I carry your love with me into the next.
Please do keep Tina and her family in your prayers as she prepares for this next stage in her ministry.
